Your current NPR menu is kept in a file called nprradio.opml in your Playlist directory. If you don't have a playlist directory defined, it will be in your Cache directory.
The standard NPR menu is in the Plugin directory NPRRadio/Default/default.opml. When NPRradio is first installed or if menu is reset the default.opml is copied to become nprradio.opml. The easiest way to restore a topic would be top copy the missing line from the default.opml file into the nrpradio.opmlfile. Use a text editor - if on Windows use Wordpad not Notepad. I haven't tested editing entries since 7.4 and there may be issues as it uses SBS Favorites routines. Topics require a special parser to define along side the URL and this isn't happening with Add Entry.
