Thanks for the response. I'm the author (AstroInfo) and so I only have myself to blame. :)
Your advice helped. I was able to install the plugin and even use it after making the install.xml change. But, then Squeezecenter/box/whatever deleted it when I restarted the server. So, I set up a repo.xml type of deal to try and install it the official way and I see it's throwing some errors about a http method I use. Something for me to look at later.
