Indeed, there is no icon in PWS XML page. May be the <ob_url> field could be used as an origin of all the missing information? I noticed that on the city's forecast page, one can choose either the nearby airport or one of the closest PWSs as ones "current conditions" source (the drop-down menu in the "current conditions" frame). But even if PWS was chosen, the icon still remains intact. May be they are using the same tactics: taking the available data from the PWS feed, adding the missing pieces from the airport/city feed?
