If something in SqueezeboxServer had caused MySQL to fall over I would have expected an error to be logged at that point - from these messages it appears that MySQL crashed and SqueezeboxServer noticed that some time later the next time it tried to use the database (the PreventStandby plugin checking whether a scan was in progress).
