You might have to do a "clear and rescan" of the database on the server side (not 100% sure, maybe just a "look for new and changed music does the trick, too) and then flush the cache in iPeng, too. It's a bug in the artwork caching on the server side and I believe (plus Andy says so whom I believe :) ) it's fixed in 7.6 beta.
