I fixed a bitrate handling issue for the US streams and made 'high' bitrate the new default. As a subscriber you can also now elect to use the 'low' bitrate stream if you so choose. I bumped the version number to 1.0 since there are no known issues that I'm aware of and changes at this point have been very minimal. Enjoy.
