First off, let me add another thank you to BoomX2 et. al. for stepping up with the "interim" fix to SDT. Sometimes you don't realize how much you rely on something until it is gone (or not working, in this case).
Anyway, I haven't seen this mentioned yet so maybe it is something I did in applying the fix, but I'm seeing some strange characters after the temperature (instead of a degree symbol) on all three of my devices; a Boom, an SB2, and an SB3. The best I can describe these characters is an "i" with two dots, instead of one; followed by an upside down question mark; and then a half symbol/character. Having the right data showing up is definitely the important thing here, so this is more of an oddity / visually strange thing than anything else. But figured I would post to see if anyone else is having the problem and/or if there is a fix for it. My squeezebox server is running Fedora 13, so I don't know if this is a Linux/Windows thing. Seems like I'm missing / not using a certain character set or something like that. Any help would be appreciated.
