Looking for a little help here. I just downloaded the latest SDT. As I
have to do every time I get a new version I have to edit the code. If I
don't I get these errors:
Code:
--------------------
[10-10-11 14:39:30.2760] Slim::Buttons::Common::pushMode (2117) Error:
Couldn't push into new mode: [OFF.superdatetime] !: Undefined subroutine
&Slim::Display::Graphics::setCustomChar called at

line 6012.
--------------------
My usual trick is to edit plugin.pm and comment out the three times
that setCustomChar is called. I did this, but now I'm getting these
errors:
Code:
--------------------
[10-10-11 15:18:42.5973] Slim::bootstrap::tryModuleLoad (315) Warning: Module

[10-10-11 15:18:42.5980] Slim::Utils::PluginManager::load (280) Error:
Couldn't load Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin
--------------------
The steps I follow to do this are:
1. Unzip the Plugins-SuperDateTime-Plugin.par file.
2. Do the edits to plugin.pm
3. Zip the directory up again into Plugins-SuperDateTime-Plugin.par (to
do this I use 7 zip to create a zip file and rename it to .par)
4. Replace the file in C:\Program Files
(x86)\Squeezebox\server\Plugins\SuperDateTime\lib
It seems that the server isn't recognizing my modified archive somehow.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.
- Jeff
