I know what it is. I've explained it at least a dozen times here: iPeng does NOT do "Touch-To-Play", unless SqueezePlay. This is because too many people are having trouble with accidentally deleting a playlist. Instead, iPeng opens a context menu which, for playable items like this one, is expected to include "Play, Add, Add Next" items. However, for RadioTime items - and only these - it doesn't. What iPeng did in the past is that it added the items manually. However, I removed this someone earlier this year because the underlying bug was reported as fixed and for most menus it actually is. For RadioTime only in 7.5.1. It turned out, this is not true in all cases which is why I'll add that back in the next release.
