I have also discovered another problem: When I set my 'Stopped' screen saver to use one of my Picture Gallery's 'Favorites Lists' it works beautifully!
However, when I try to do the same for my 'Off' screen saver it does not work. It displays the first picture in the list but then it will periodically show the 'Loading' black screen before starting from the beginning of the list again. It rarely makes it on to the second picture in the list. Does anyone know why this is working as a stopped screen saver but not as an off screen server?
