I grabbed the .deb from by apt/archives and installed r31939 and everything looks good for me too. Pippin - it sure seems like it is tied to a change on the server side between r31939 and r31961, but you were suggesting it only happens sometimes. I wonder if it something that is only affecting certain OS or is there some other variable? I am running an Ubuntu 10.04 server.
