Which is what I did, but presumably command line parameters need to be
set, although there are some defaults in Moose. The command line params
I am using are:
--mac 01:01:01:01:01:01 -o 4 -s

The file pthread2gd.dll is not there, and I can't find it on my PC
either. But presumably the fact that squeezeslave is running in Task
Manager would suggest it found all the DLLs that it needs?
