Is 23 the number you _see_? The reason I ask is that 23 is the maximum number that _can_ be shown (20 allowed for being pit on the Tab Bar plus Help, Extras and Settings which can't).
This is a limitation of the TabBar controller on iPhone (because it can only show 20 items in it's "Edit" menu) that I can't get around. Maybe you are now seeing something else that was dropped before and instead, CB doesn't show up.
