I'm in the UK and have tracked this down to it crashing sometimes while
parsing the current wind values. The data seems to sometimes switch
units.
I added some debug code and found it works when it finds this (I
removed some tags in the middle):

It fails when it find this:

The code is not looking for km/h. Not sure how to fix this though; I
may just set all values to 0.
