An example of this has just happened. I was trying to play "The Secret History of Social Networking" that was on at 16:00 yesterday. What is actually being played is "The Wheels of Power", which was first broadcast on 11:00AM Wed, 11 May 2011.
"The Secret History of Social Networking" was first broadcast on 11:00AM Wed, 26 Jan 2011. I doubt it is a coincidence that they were both broadcast in the same 11:00 am Wednesday slot, I expect that is a clue to how their data is being mixed up.
