Phil, I assume that you have followed stndard troubleshooting practices - Power cycle the server, untick the Inguz plugin and restart the server, tick the Inguz plugin and restart the server, remove any players from the server and restart, then switch players back to the server (this one got Silverlight working for me on Firefox), try another browser etc.
