I was in the same boat with Moose 0.76a on Win7 x64 using today's 7.6.1 build. As suggested in the last post, I copied the System.Data.SQLite.dll from the \thumbs\0.76a-32 along side moose.exe and it worked. Btw, the \thumb\0.76a-64 file was empty
