I have an htc incredible 2 and reported the scrolling issues to logitech android through their website. They were very helpful and wanted to escalate the priority by sending a webcam video to their engineers. Unfortunately, I don't have any way to get a video to them. If anyone else has these issues and is able to report it and can include a video, here is the link to report these issues, coming in a second post.
