Mnyb, I run the regular MIP and control it through the console. It is essential to start MIP before Squeezebox Server (SB) so that SB can recognize that MIP is running. MIP has to analyze your music, I "archive" the analysis and MIP writes 2 tags, ANALYSIS and FINGERPRINT.
