Ah OK, I wasn't aware of this. Yes it now seems to be. A couple of days ago I was having problems where I was trying to search and it was timing out. I started looking in the logs and saw the logged out entry and wondered whether that was connected. But all seems to be OK now, so I guess it must have been a problem at their end. Thanks for your help.
