OK, I looked again. I believe it's OK for iPeng for iPad if you include updates. For iPeng for iPhone it's too low if you include updates, but I don't know when they started tracking, iPeng now has been around for a _looong_ time and as seen _maaany_ updates. But then let's get rational about it: I don't think they can really know any _download_ figures (how would they) so I believe they are approximating by App Store rank or something like that.
