For anyone else who couldn't figure it out, on your PC open your squeezebox server on your web browser. In my case it's on my NAS, so I opened it via the NAS address on Firefox. The address appears in the address bar. Mine was 192.168.0.25:9002 and the user name seems to be your email used for squeezebox. However, I can't say the it's a great app. I got spoiled by iPeng and SqueezeCommander. Hopefully something like will come along for Windows Phone.
