There are two alterantives:
Alternative 1:
Edit the menus through Custom Browse settings page and empty the "Menu
group" field.
Alternative 2:
Another alternative is to not check any menu checkboxes in the library
definition in Multi Library interface when defining the library, and
instead create each menu manually in Custom Browse interface and set
the "Library" parameter to the library you want to limit them to, and
of course make sure the "Menu group" parameter is blank.
