They all require Squeezebox Server (now called Logitech Media Server) to play back any local music files. If all you want to do is listen to internet radio or services like Pandora then you just need a mysqueezebox.com account and an internet connection.
I'd go with SqueezePlay, which emulates a Touch player. In addition to being able to control it from an Android or iOS device you could also use the emulated Touch interface that appears on the PC.
