On what system is LMS running?
This usually means there's something wrong with the LMS setup, usually
it means LMS is still scanning the library.
Or did you maybe increase the maximum number of tracks in the playlist
beyond 500?

Reinstalling iPeng almost NEVER fixes anything, the only exception
being iPeng crashes on startup.

In "overloading" cases, actually re-installing iPeng will make things
worse because then iPeng has to re-request all cached data.

Settings->Enable Playback->Restore Playback (the green button in the
bottom of the screen).
If you don't have an "Settings->Enable Playback" menu, playback is
already enabled, if you don't see the player you are probably connected
to MySqueezebox.com, not your LMS.
