Can't comment on SugarCube itself.
However, if you have issues where License Manager shows different
account identities, I'm very interested in getting more information
about exactly what you did.
The account identity in License Manager plugin is based on the
mysqueezebox.com user name which have been configured in the SBS/LMS
Settings/mysqueezebox.com section. Did you in any way change or reset
the mysqueezebox.com user name when the account identity changed ?
There is also a small delay before the SugarCube evaluation licenses
takes effect, about 15 minutes, so after applying for an evaluation
license you may want to push the "Refresh" button in the middle of the
License Manager settings page after 15-30 minutes. I'll see if I can
add some more information about this in the License Manager settings
page to avoid this kind of confusion in the future.
cparker will have to handle your issues related to SugarCube not
working when it shows up as licensed in License Manager because I don't
know exactly how it works inside SugarCube.

Which SBS/LMS version are you using ?
Just asking because if I've understood correctly the free SugarCube
version didn't work properly with the latests SBS/LMS version, but
maybe you are using an older version of SBS/LMS ?
If you really want to get the old version I think you need to get it
directly from cparker because I don't think it's available for download
after the 4.x version was released.
