Umm. What you say makes little sense to me. Sharpoint is basically a web server, SBS is also a server software. Where did you install that? SBS doesn't use SOAP but comet and JSON/RPC. If you really installed Squeezebox Server on a machine, make sure port 9000 is open, then it should work with iPeng, is you also want to use iPeng as a player then you also need port 3483.
