I'm surprised somebody is still using this as it only works with older versions of LMS/SBS.
Recently Amazon required users to "re register" their id on the "Prioduct Advertisiing API ". This just required to sign in on https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/flex/advertising/api/sign-in.html - then provide a short descritpion such as "Using Album info and Art", check accept T&C box and then enter secuirty code. There was no need to renew or change KeyId or secret Access Key. It sounds like you did more than the above. To see why Amazon is rejecting - enable plugin.findart logging to "DEBUG". Try to retireve some cover art and then look at the server.log - the Amazon interactions will be shown and usually Amazon rejection reasons are in clear text.
