Moose works nice with Squeezelite (windows 7 64bit). In Tools>Preference>Misc add to Squeezeslave Path: C:\path_to_squeezelite\squeezelite-win.exe
Don't add anything in Squeezeslave Args:. If I did Squeezlite wont start or don't show up on the server.
