I use Get Lyrical on my Mac. I looked for anything on Windows, but I'm sure there are similar tools out there. http://shullian.com/get_lyrical.php
Caveats: My formats are .alac and .mp3. Get Lyrical works with iTunes. Get Lyrical has found lyrics for ~16,000 of my ~22,000 songs. When it completes, it produces a playlist of songs for which it could not find lyrics. I rescan that list from time to time hoping that some of them will be found.
