An update. I did get a very helpful reply, after all, from Ken Rayner at JazzFM.
The upshot is that there is now no easy way to get Jazz FM On Demand stuff on the Squeezebox. But Ken did offer assistance to Triode if he is interested in trying to get his existing app to work again. Ken says: <<The RTMP URLs (for Flash) might be the ones the app developer is after if they were previously pulling from the website.
