Yes, I have realized that and therefore didn't search a track, tried
this: -"To be sure that I'm checking with same version of a track, I
have "added a track to playlist" directly from smartmix playlist. Same
track is playing 30 seconds on Squeezebox, full lenght on Deezer web UI
and Deezer Android App. (used same wifi connection, same
ip/isp/location)"- Weird!

As I said: most likely you were not dealing with the same track, but different versions with different rights on them etc.

The good news: Deezer have added information about alternative (playable) versions of tracks when the one requested isn't available. I'm looking into this right now, as this has been an ongoing concern with our implementation. Eg. if you had a saved playlist, and the track ID changed for whatever reason, the playlist would have stopped playing, while still working in the Deezer apps.
