Thanks for response bpa. 

Windows 7 OS
Plugin version 1.2.1
Only Windows regular updates
Yes have tried rebooting
Am in UK
Have tried setting WMA only and "no transcoding" but no difference
made.

As it plays listen live ok but not listen again - and it states that
there is a problem with the remote URL - could it be the url that is
problematic? But then I suppose others would have the same problem. 

Any further suggestions would be welcomed
