Forget using USB Dacs parameters like CARD,Device etc. That did not work for me(I was using them with Picoplayer before). Use "-n PlayerName -m XX:XX:XX:XX -a 80:4 -o hw:1,0", and I believe that "-o hw:1,0" will overwrite the parameter coming from drop menu, whatever you choose.
