I set up a friends Mac based system with XLD using that structure, but
don't recall the settings. 
I assume you have already made the changes to the default file structure
in VB. FYI, by default it also adds a playlist (.m3u) file to each CD
ripped and two copies of the artwork...both a folder and cover file.
These can be changed as needed.
