2.2.10 Do not cache last.fm album/artist (empty) data if request times out, and increase timeout to 10s. Options on album & artist page to clear corresponding data cache, which will force lookup again from online services (amazon, lastfm). Ensure icons for cycling through amazon album matches are visible.
