I HOPE that Listen Again remains as is (in HLS) and I see you have asked Jim to clarify. We however do appear to be the luckiest (due to bpa). People with inferior systems - Sonos, Naim, Cambridge Audio and any number of AV Receiver manufacturers still have no service. I have complained to the BBC but the thrust of the complaint is not that they have done what they have but instead they did it without notice and without adequate consultation with manufacturers. I might have a slightly different view if I owned a Sonos.
