Silly question: when ffmpeg is used with: [ffmpeg] -loglevel quiet -i $FILE$ -acodec copy -f adts -
does ffmpeg just pass the AAC out (which is good) or does it decode the AAC in the HLS wrapper then re-encode it to AAC (not so good)?
