The right hand side tells you what can be streamed. In this case you only enabled PCM streaming, not FLAC. This means the server needs to decode (transcode) to PCM a and the server can't do that for remote steams, for remote streams LMS a can only transcode to FLAC or to MP3 (if you have lame installed). So you need to enable either FLAC or MP3 streaming. MP3 doesn't really make sense since you want lossless.
