Thanks. I have created a flc file but I don't know how to play it. 

I was using
http://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio/simulcast/hls/uk/sbr_high/ak/bbc_radio_fourfm.m3u8

I got the opal file from somewhere in one of these enormous threads. I
am in the UK.
