That's odd. Are you using the RTMP streams or the HLS streams? I am using the RTMP streams and Radio 3 is there in all its 320 kbps glory and 4 Extra is there too. It might be that the beeb are not offering all the HLS LA streams yet or, as you suggest, a cache needs clearing, but others will have to advise you how to do that.
