I suggest you should remove the current install and reboot your nas.
After that install the latest version of LMS Repack from the Package
Center. Inbetween versions I made some changes that might affect this
behaviour. If you know how to use telnet or ssh, please check if the
directory /volume1/@appstore/ doesn't contain a folder 'LMS Repack' or
'SqueezeCenter'. If so, please remove them first before installing LMS
Repack again.

Leave the log for now. The package freezes so nothing is logged.
