Enable logging and set debug level to all in the plugin settings, do a failing playback and post a log. Usually, it means there is something funny with the codec that the UPnP player reports to support. You can also try just "pcm,mp3" in the codec as the issue might just be with flac LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
