The behaviour to avoid is to change a BBCiPlayer/BBCiPlayerExtra setting and try playing the SAME program within a short time (e.g. 2 mins). Caching makes the results unreliable (i.e the changed settings may or may not have been used)
If you wish to check different settings (i) with the same URL you should stop LMS, clear cache and retasrt LMS and then try playing program with new settings.
