It's possible to add this later, but definitely not any time soon. Bigger list items means an additional set of bigger icons, there are around 20 custom icons for the home and settings menu and the accommodate all the different Android screen densities, it will end up being around 100 icon files. Plus I'll need to add code to let you switch between the 2 two different sizes.
