Please review the RC3 Test Builds which I have placed at the following

Once I get feedback from the developer community, if it seems like a
decent build, I will request a vote, forward notification to the PMC and
pending the vote results announce the release. In the mean time I'll
also try to figure out why I don't have karma to publish this release
anymore.
Please note that we realize that there are several new unaddressed bugs.
Thank you all for your recent feedback, these issues will be addressed
in RC4 and/or the final 1.0.1 release.
