Yeah, I agree, I think it would be a good idea to push out beta2 jars to
a repository.
It looks like the maven 2 repositories need to be defined in pluto's
pom. Right now a m1 repository and a commented out snapshot repo is in
the pom.
Plus, if we get the m2 repository defined we might be able to leverage
the release plugin as well (I'm not familiar at all with how releases
have been composed in the past, so this may or may not be a win).
