Fix For: 1.1.0
We need to include the jar for the Pluto Ant task in the binary distribution so
developers can use Ant to deploy their portlets. This jar can be put in the
root directory or the PlutoDomain directory.
Also, we need to make sure that the Maven plugin is uploaded to a public
repository when a new distribution is bundled.
