When the WebAppDescriptorService serializes a WebAppDD, it doesn't output a
doctype.
We don't want to output a doctype for servlet 2.4 descriptors, only for servlet
2.3 descriptors. So we have to update the castor mapping and WebAppDD and add
a servlet version, and update the WebAppDescriptorServiceImpl to look at the
servlet version.
