Based on list discussion it was concluded that the PortletInvoker service is
the most logical place to encapsulate invoker logic. The PortletEntity
interface has a method getControllerServletUri() which breaks that
encapsulation.
I propose to deprecate this method effective in Pluto version 1.1.2 so that we
have the ability to remove it from a future version of Pluto, say 1.2.0.
